Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account info — email, hashed password, Stripe customer ID (for billing)
• Lead capture — name, email, company, role (when you request our free guide)
• Stripe data — payment method, subscription status, billing history (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store uploaded documents on disk — files are processed in memory only
• We do not log document contents, filenames, or metadata values
• We do not track which documents you scrubbed or what data was removed
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties

3. Data Retention

User account data (email, plan info, Stripe IDs) is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time by emailing jason@biztechcomputers.com. Lead capture data (name, email) is retained for marketing purposes only.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — All payment processing. We never see your full card numbers
• Google Sheets — Lead data may be sent to a private spreadsheet for our internal tracking

5. Security

All connections are encrypted via TLS (Let's Encrypt). Passwords are hashed using Werkzeug's secure hashing. No document data is stored on disk.
